As I’m sure many of you are aware, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. I cannot stress how important I feel it is for a woman to either do a self exam of her breasts, or get a mammogram.

I found this Personal DNA Test over at Girly Bits whilst blogsurfing today, and figured I’d take it to see what it’s all about. It’s supposed to reveal your true self through your answers to some questions. It takes about 30 minutes to do, and it’s actually pretty cool.

Today, as previously mentioned was to be the day that I spoke to my daughter on the phone – the first contact we’ve had in three years. It happened and it went sooo much better than I could have ever hoped for.
